We worked with Velux to deliver a resourcing project to recruit Trainee/Junior Area Sales Managers across 5 counties in the UK.
We carried out a targeted recruitment campaign using LinkedIn and headhunting techniques to identify candidates. Worked with hiring managers within each region to assess and select a shortlist of 5 candidates per area.
