The Small Consultancy was engaged with GreenJinn to join the company on a long-term basis to create and deliver on the Recruitment strategy plan for 2022 and beyond, focusing on key hires across Tech, Sales and Product. They are a triple-digit growth UK platform whose goal is to connect great consumable brands with relevant consumers.
Recruitment approach at GreenJinn
GreenJinn is a small business which had strong organic growth plans for 2022 and onwards, where Recruitment has been a key factor in accomplishing these goals. As budgets were kept tight, all the recruitment was on a headhunting basis with limited advertising spend and zero allocation for agencies, so quick immersion into this sector was key. Our aim was to deliver at pace whilst retaining quality. We successfully met all targets for 2022 at the start of Q4.
TSC is retained as Head of Talent Acquisition on a continuous basis, and when GreenJinn came back to us to ask to pause work whilst the sales team settled into their new roles and targets, we happily agreed to this promising long-term partnership.
